The Tactical Recovery Program provides specialized treatment for military Veterans, active military, and first responders. At Canyon Vista, trained clinicians are certified by PsychArmor once they have completed courses on Veteran-specific topics and military culture. The program is under the oversight of trained Veterans. Post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, and addiction are all treated using a wide range of treatments that include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and group therapy sessions.
